Imagine for a moment a company with a disbarred lawyer as the CEO, one who has a criminal record. Add to that the fact that the federal government is accusing this company, International Profit Associates (IPA), of sexual assault, innuendo, and anti-female language, with claims from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) of 103 female victims.
Now imagine you are Hillary Clinton, and you have just received $170,000 in donations from such a company. Would you take it?
Apparently for Hillary Clinton, the answer is yes. This is yet another case of greed over integrity, and a complete lack of proper judgment on the part of Hillary Clinton’s campaign. Yes, the case the EEOC calls one of the worst it has ever seen is still ongoing, with IPA furiously denying any of its 103 allegations, but it is still a company with very shady dealings. How can Hillary Clinton continue to smear the Barack Obama campaign with unsubstantiated attacks while she rakes in not just endorsements, but MONEY from contributors such as this?
The answer is simple: desperation. Why else would she accept money from a company accused of horrible behavior against women now, when she would not accept Norman Hsu’s donations due to allegations alone? Hillary knows she is on a downhill slope, with supporters dropping off every day. Eleven straight victories by Barack Obama have helped, as well as several smear attempts by Hillary Clinton backfiring. Then again, there’s also the many faces of Hillary, where she decided to try a kitchen sink tactic and act like five different candidates in just five days. Now, the only question is, when will she face the music and step down, allowing the Democratic party to begin the real fight of the year?

Come on, lighten up…she needs the money to pay Penn, Wolfson and Dunkin’ Donuts. Good thing Texans are good at smelling BS.

Ah yes, good point. It does take a lot of money to copy an ad from McCain.
Having spent a bit of time in Texas, I’m pretty confident they will vote against what I can only describe as a bullshitmonger.

Here it is again, the lack of transparency- what other objectionable donors might have their tentacles in her political decisions? ????? Like the decision to give George W. Bush carte blanche for a war based on lies where she (a Senator, a former first lady and Senate Arms official) couldn’t be bothered to read or explore documents that raised important questions. Funny, exploiting her connections for personal ambition, but not the interests of U.S, Citizens seems pretty clear. This news about donations by corrupt and reviled persons is not at all surprising, and she is forced to do the right thing only when such donations come to light. She doesn’t want other suspicious donors coming to light.
She isn’t willing to be transparent about all the other ones. The scare campaign is so much like the Republican message, the campaign tactics so much like the Repbulican tactics, I’m having trouble seeing her and John McCain as differentiated at all.
She missed her moment with the vote for the war, and a person with a higher degree of self awareness would probably not have had the temerity to run for office again, based on that level of failure.
We now notice that she is now complaining about all the rules that get in the way of her ambition. Where was this level of interest and engagement on behalf of our military families, our brave soldiers, and her constituencies both in her state and nationally.

Perhaps Hillary should deflect from the Democrats after losing this and become John McCain’s VP candidate. That would be a true systemshock, but I wouldn’t put it past her. I would doubt McCain would go for it.

One issue that is NOT being discussed in this election is character, moral courage and values.
Clinton has shown weakness in character, moral courage and values, for instance:
-Iraq War
-Not reading the report regarding the Iraq war
-ALL the Clinton scandals (too many to name and too tired to care to list)
-All the lying, distortions and smears against Obama that have proven false
-the many sides to Hillary’s personality, lack of authenticity
-her constant need to vilify people who do not agree with her
-race and gender cards used throughout the campaign, etc….
Obama has handled himself with class, consistency in message, shown good judgment and wisdom and compassion by not calling out the Clintons on their decade worth of scandals, lies and drama (once again…too many to name and too tired to care and list)
Bottom line….not surprise she took money from a firm that allegedly has a culture of sexual harassment.
